PT Toyota Astra Motor menghargai ketertarikan dan kunjungan Anda ke situs ini. Dengan menggunakan dan atau mengakses situs ini, Anda setuju untuk menerima semua syarat dan ketentuan yang tertulis disini. PT Toyota Astra Motor dapat mengubah syarat dan ketentuan ini sewaktu-waktu tanpa pemberitahuan. Menggunakan dan atau mengakses situs ini setelah syarat dan ketentuannya diubah menandakan persetujuan Anda untuk menerima perubahan syarat dan ketentuan tersebut. Jika Anda tidak setuju dengan syarat dan ketentuan ini, maka sebaiknya Anda tidak menggunakan situs ini. Situs ini hanya untuk penggunaan pribadi, tidak untuk tujuan komersial.
Perlindungan Data
Saat menggunakan jasa kami, Anda mungkin akan diminta untuk memberikan data/informasi pribadi. Pemberian informasi tersebut sifatnya sukarela. Data pribadi Anda digunakan sesuai aturan hukum Indonesia mengenai perlindungan data (selaras dengan UU Perlindungan Data Pribadi). Sebagai syarat untuk mengakses dan menggunakan situs sesuai dengan izin yang diberikan kepada Anda berdasarkan persyaratan ini, Anda setuju untuk mematuhi aturan berikut:
Unduhan dari Webiste
Saat Anda mengunduh setiap konten dari salah satu situs, Anda memahami bahwa konten itu milik Toyota, perusahaan-perusahaan afiliasinya dan/atau pemberi lisensi, sebagaimana berlaku, dan dilindungi oleh hukum kekayaan intelektual. Toyota dengan ini memberikan, dan Anda dengan ini menerima, terbatas, non-eksklusif, tidak dapat dipindahtangankan, dapat ditarik kembali, untuk men-download dan menggunakan versi kode obyek unduhan pada komputer Anda sendiri dan/atau perangkat mobile yang kompatibel semata hanya untuk penggunaan non- komersial pribadi Anda sendiri.
Anda mengakui dan setuju bahwa Anda tidak diperbolehkan untuk memperbanyak, menggandakan, memodifikasi, menampilkan, memindahkan, posting, mendistribusikan, menjual, membuat karya turunanan atau menyediakan unduhan. Tidak ada lisensi yang diberikan kepada Anda dalam kode yang dapat dibaca manusia, yang dikenal sebagai source code, konten download, dan tidak ada hak yang diberikan kepada Anda dalam bentuk hak paten apapun, hak cipta, rahasia dagang, merek dagang atau hak-hak lainnya sehubungan dengan isi setiap unduhan.
Anda tidak diperbolehkan menggambarkan setiap unduhan pada barang dagangan apapun atau produk apapun atau menggunakan unduhan untuk tujuan komersial. ANDA MEMAHAMI DAN SETUJU BAHWA PENGGUNAAN SITUS, SETIAP HALAMAN DI DALAMNYA, DAN/ATAU LAYANAN DARI SITUS, TERMASUK NAMUN TIDAK TERBATAS PADA SETIAP UNDUHAN, MENJADI RISIKO ANDA SENDIRI, DAN BAHWA ANDA AKAN BERTANGGUNG JAWAB ATAS KERUSAKAN APAPUN PADA KOMPUTER ANDA, PERALATAN LAINNYA, ATAU HILANGNYA DATA YANG MUNGKIN TERJADI AKIBAT PENGGUNAAN TERSEBUT. ANDA SETUJU BAHWA SITUS, LAYANAN APAPUN DARI SITUS, DAN SETIAP UNDUHAN, DISEDIAKAN "SEBAGAIMANA ADANYA" DAN "SEBAGAIMANA TERSEDIANYA".
Produk, Layanan dan Tautan Pihak Ketiga
Situs dapat memuat tautan/link ke situs web lainnya (“Situs Pihak Ketiga”) seperti artikel, foto, teks, grafik, gambar, desain, musik, suara, video, informasi, aplikasi, perangkat lunak dan konten lainnya atau item milik atau yang berasal dari pihak ketiga ("Aplikasi, Perangkat Lunak atau Konten Pihak Ketiga"). Situs, aplikasi, dan perangkat lunak atau konten pihak ketiga tersebut tidak diselidiki, dipantau atau diperiksa keakuratan, ketepatan, legalitas, ketepatan waktu, keaslian, kehandalan, atau kelengkapannya oleh kami, dan tidak satupun Entitas Toyota (sebagaimana didefinisikan di bawah) bertanggung jawab atas setiap situs pihak ketiga yang diakses melalui situs atau aplikasi pihak ketiga, perangkat lunak atau materi yang ditampilkan dan tersedia pada situs, termasuk (dan tidak terbatas pada) isi, akurasi, ada atau tidaknya serangan terhadap pihak tertentu, pendapat, kehandalan, legalitas, praktek privasi atau kebijakan lain yang terkandung dalam situs dan atau aplikasi pihak ketiga, software atau konten.
Pencantuman, pentautan atau izin penggunaan atau instalasi dari setiap situs dan/atau aplikasi pihak ketiga, baik perangkat lunak maupun konten, tidak bisa diartikan sebagai persetujuan atau dukungan dari kami (atau salah satu Entitas lain Toyota).
Jika Anda memutuskan untuk meninggalkan situs ini dan mengakses atau menggunakan situs pihak ketiga atau menginstal aplikasi pihak ketiga, baik software maupun konten, Anda melakukannya dengan resiko Anda sendiri. Anda juga harus menyadari bahwa persyaratan dan ketentuan dari Toyota tidak memiliki kendali lagi. Anda harus meninjau persyaratan dan kebijakan yang berlaku, termasuk privasi dan pengumpulan data praktik dari setiap situs pihak ketiga dan setiap aplikasi pihak ketiga, baik software maupun konten yang Anda navigasikan dari salah satu situs atau aplikasi terkait yang Anda gunakan atau yang Anda pasang/instal dari salah satu situs. Kami juga dapat menyediakan atau memberikan akses ke produk, layanan, atau aplikasi pihak ketiga. Produk, layanan, dan aplikasi tersebut akan dibeli dan/atau diperoleh langsung dari pihak ketiga tersebut.
TOYOTA TIDAK BERTANGGUNG JAWAB ATAS TRANSAKSI SETIAP PRODUK, LAYANAN, ATAU APLIKASI YANG BERASAL DARI PIHAK KETIGA, ATAU UNTUK SETIAP KONTEN ATAU INFORMASI YANG DISAJIKAN SEHUBUNGAN DENGAN PRODUK, LAYANAN ATAU APLIKASI PIHAK KETIGA. TOYOTA JUGA TIDAK BERTANGGUNG JAWAB ATAS ISI/KONTEN SITUS WEB ATAU SITUS MOBILE APAPUN YANG DITAUTKAN KE SITUS TERSEBUT, DAN FAKTA BAHWA TAUTAN DISEDIAKAN DI SITUS TIDAK MENANDAKAN PERSETUJUAN ATAU DUKUNGAN KAMI TERHADAP MATERI APAPUN YANG TERKANDUNG/DIMUAT PADA SETIAP SITUS TERKAIT. RISIKO DARI SETIAP KONEKSI DAN PENGGUNAAN SITUS TERSEBUT DITANGGUNG OLEH ANDA SENDIRI.
Syarat dan Ketentuan untuk Produk dan Jasa Perorangan

Kekuasaan Hukum Pemerintahan
